Warranty Policy
At Tingmay, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality aesthetic equipment. To safeguard your investment and help you rest easy, we are pleased to offer a 3-Year Warranty and Lifetime Technical Support, effective from the date of delivery. We also include 18 months of free parts replacement. This warranty guarantees that your equipment is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
Coverage
Duration: The warranty is valid for 3 years (36 months) from the date of delivery.
Coverage Includes:
- Necessary Replacement Parts:We will provide necessary replacement parts to address issues reported within the first 18 months of ownership, at no cost to you.
- Installation Recommendations and Video Tutorials:We offer guidance on installation and usage through detailed video tutorials to help you maximize the benefits of your equipment.
- Shipping Costs:The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with replacement parts. After 18 months, the buyer will also be responsible for the costs of replacement parts.
Unboxing Video Standards
To ensure that your warranty remains valid and to facilitate any claims, please adhere to the following unboxing video standards:
Inspect the Package:
Before accepting the package, ensure the outer packaging is intact and check for any visible damage.
Record a Video:
- Stable Camera Position:Place the camera on a stable surface, ensuring adequate lighting.
- Display Shipping Label:Clearly show the shipping label, including the tracking number and address information, to confirm you are unpacking the correct package.
- Show All Sides:Capture all sides of the package to prove that you are opening it for the first time.
Unpacking Process:
- Record Entire Process:Document the entire unpacking process, including removing the device from the box.
- Inspect for Damage:As you unpack, inspect the device for any damages and capture it from all angles.
- Immediate Reporting:If defects are not immediately noticed, we will not entertain any subsequent requests or appeals.
Video Requirements:
- No Cuts or Edits:The video must be recorded in full without any cuts or edits. Ensure all details remain in frame at all times.
- Continuous Frame:Do not remove the package or device from the frame, even for a brief moment.
- Avoid Repurposed Videos:Videos that are opened and repackaged solely for the purpose of filming the unboxing will not be accepted.
Reporting Issues:
- If any damage is found, please send a video of the damaged packaging and device to support@hktmay.com. If the video file is too large, please use [WeTransfer] to send it. Claims of being unable to send due to file size will not be accepted.
- If you receive the wrong product, please show the product box and labels, keeping the seal intact until the issue is resolved.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Consumables:Items such as gels, liquids, cartridges, or tips that are intended for temporary use.
- Handheld Devices:Any devices classified as handheld are exempt from this warranty.
- Machines Under $500:Equipment sold for less than $500 is covered for a period of only 6 months.
- Misuse and Improper Use:Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, or failure to adhere to the operational instructions provided, including but not limited to improper liquid insertion or dropping the product.
- Normal Wear and Tear:This includes the gradual deterioration of the product due to regular use.
- Physical Damage During Unpacking:Damage incurred during the unboxing process, such as scratches or marks from the packaging, is not covered.
- Failure to Provide Evidence:Should you refuse or neglect to provide a test video when requested by Tingmay technical support, your warranty claim may be denied.
- Insufficient Evidence for Claims:Verbal or written statements alone are not considered valid evidence; physical proof must be provided.
- Minor Cosmetic Damage:Any superficial damage that does not impact the functionality of the product.
- Dissatisfaction with Results:The warranty does not cover claims related to personal dissatisfaction with the product’s performance after use.
- Shipping Box Damage:Damage limited to the outer shipping box, even if it’s significantly damaged, is not covered.
- Unreported Damage:Any damage issues not reported in writing via email will not be considered.
- Self-Repair Attempts:If you attempt to repair the machine independently and cause further damage, Tingmay will not be liable for such damages, though we will strive to assist you.
Claims Process
To file a warranty or damage protection claim:
- Contact Customer Service:Reach out to us at support@hktmay.com.
- Written Report:Provide a detailed written report of the issue via email, including supporting evidence such as photos or videos. If the video file size is too large, please utilize [WeTransfer] to send it. Claims citing inability to send due to file size will not be accepted.
- Video Call Participation:You may be required to join a video call with our technical support team if requested, to help diagnose the issue effectively.
Limitations
- Evidence Requirement:Failure to provide the necessary evidence as requested may result in the warranty being voided.
- Shipping Costs Post-18 Months:After the initial 18 months, any shipping costs incurred for replacement parts will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Exceptions to Lifetime Warranty:The warranty will be voided under the following circumstances:
- Lack of Evidence:Failure to provide requested evidence or information to substantiate the need for a resolution.
- Non-compliance with Instructions:Not adhering to the user instructions provided (manual and video guides) or misusing the product.
- Refusal of Video Guidance:If you decline to participate in training sessions via video calls when deemed necessary by Tingmay technical staff.
- Chargebacks or Disputes:Initiating a bank chargeback or a PayPal dispute regarding your order will lead to automatic warranty voidance.
- Product Modifications:Any alterations made to the product by the buyer will void the warranty.
- Accidental Damage:Damage resulting from unforeseen incidents such as earthquakes or accidental drops.
- Foreign Object Intrusion or Chemical Damage:Damage caused by foreign objects entering the device or exposure to harmful chemicals.

This warranty policy provides you with specific legal rights. Depending on the laws of your country or region, you may also have other rights.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this warranty policy is the sole and exclusive warranty. HKTMAY makes no other express or implied warranties, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Tingmay reserves the right to update or revise this warranty policy at any time. The terms applicable to your product will be those in effect at the time of your purchase. For any disputes regarding this warranty policy, Tingmay has the final right of interpretation.
