Returns & Exchanges Policy
Welcome to TINGMAY – Innovators in Advanced Beauty Devices. Please review our Returns & Exchange Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding returns and exchanges.
Warranty & Return
- 3-Year Warranty:Refer to our Warranty Policy for details.
- 30-Day Return Policy:Applies only to unused, unopened equipment in its original packaging.
Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for returns/exchanges, all of the following conditions must be met:
- Original Condition:Equipment must be in factory-sealed packaging with intact tamper-proof labels. There should be no signs of installation, testing, or calibration. Serial numbers must match order records.
- Exclusions:
- Customized machines (logos/configuration).
- Consumables (gels, cartridges, liquids).
- Financed purchases (exchange-only for same-value items).
- Process:Initiate a return within 30 days of delivery. Pre-approval is required. Contact support@hktmay.com with your order number and photos of the unopened packaging.
Return Fees & Logistics
- Restocking Fee:20% of the order value will be deducted from your refund and must be paid via wire transfer before the return shipment.
- Return Shipping:The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Use approved freight carriers (DHL/FedEx Heavy Goods).
- Inspection Fee:$150 (if applicable) will be charged for non-compliant returns.
- Important:Do not return items to the address on the package; use only the RMA facility provided by Tingmay. Palletized shipments are required for units over 30kg (improper packaging voids eligibility).
Refund Processing
- Timeline:Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after verified inspection.
- Deductions:Refunds will exclude original shipping/handling fees, the 20% restocking fee (wire receipt required), and the value of any missing gifts/accessories.
Order Cancellation
- Deadline:Orders can be canceled up to 2 hours after payment confirmation.
- Non-Refundable Fees:Transaction fees (2.9%-7.9%) are non-refundable.
- Post-Cancellation:Full refunds (minus fees) will be issued within 3 business days.
Damaged/Faulty Equipment
Reporting: Report any damage within 72 hours by emailing claims@hktmay.com with:
- An unboxing video (continuous, showing the serial number,ect.Unboxing Video Standards refer to our Warranty Policy ).
- Damage photos of both the packaging and the device.
- Resolution:A replacement will be shipped within 10 business days, or a credit will be issued if the item is unavailable. Do not return damaged items without prior approval; improper handling may void the warranty.
Third-Party Purchases
- Financed Orders:Exchanges are only allowed for identical or similar models.
- Resellers:Must contact their account manager for bulk returns.
