1. Warranty & Return Window

3-Year Limited Warranty: Covers manufacturing defects (see Warranty Terms).

30-Day Return Policy: Applies only to unused, unopened equipment in original packaging.
2. Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for returns/exchanges, all must be met:

Factory-sealed packaging with intact tamper-proof labels.

No signs of installation, testing, or calibration.

Serial numbers must match order records.
✅ Exclusions:

Customized machines (logos/configuration).

Consumables (gels, cartridges, liquids).

Financed purchases (exchange-only for same-value items).

Initiate return within 30 days of delivery.

Pre-approval required: Contact support@hktmay.com with order # and photos of unopened packaging.
3. Return Fees & Logistics

4. Refund Processing

Timeline: 5 business days after verified inspection.

Deductions:

Original shipping/handling fees.

20% restocking fee (wire receipt required).

Value of missing gifts/accessories.

5. Order Cancellation

Deadline: 2 hours after payment confirmation.

Non-Refundable: Transaction fees (2.9%-7.9%).

Post-Cancellation: Full refund (minus fees) within 3 business days.
6. Damaged/Faulty Equipment

Report Within 72 Hours: Email claims@hktmay.com with:

Unboxing video (continuous, showing serial number).

Damage photos (packaging + device).

Replacement shipped within 10 business days (or credit if unavailable).

DO NOT return without approval – improper handling may void warranty.

7. Third-Party Purchases

Financed Orders: Exchange-only for identical/similar model.
